Role Purpose
The Service Delivery Coordinator bridges LMP operations, commercial strategy, project management, and client account management. This dynamic role manages delivery schedules, logistics, resource allocation, and customer relationship management (CRM) while driving account management and project management initiatives. Acting as a crucial focal point for service delivery, the Coordinator supports tender management processes (bids and proposals) and performs as a technical manager alternate when required, ensuring contractual service level agreements, zero non-compliance, and zero cost of poor quality are met with high adaptability and customer focus.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead project management initiatives for fluid delivery campaigns, managing end-to-end logistics from demand forecasting to job completion.
- Drive account management and customer relationship management (CRM), anticipating client requirements to maximize customer focus, trust, and retention.
- Support tender management by contributing technical, logistical, and operational inputs to tender bids, proposals, and commercial strategies.
- Perform technical manager alternate duties when required, providing operational leadership, technical guidance, and oversight on fluid specifications and operational integrity.
- Coordinate fluid logistics, transport dispatch, and rig-site delivery schedules to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Oversee asset preservation and equipment readiness during transport and transfer operations to eliminate delivery downtime.
- Manage and monitor micro LMP service level agreements, ensuring 100% compliance with delivery windows, volume accuracy, and fluid quality.
- Promote health, safety, and teamwork across supply chain and operational interfaces, achieving zero non-compliance with HSE regulations.
- Ensure proper handover of executed contracts and deliverables to relevant client and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate high adaptability in rescheduling shipments and reallocating resources during unexpected rig schedule changes or emergencies.
- Maintain zero cost of poor quality by auditing shipping papers, fluid test certificates, and delivery documentation prior to dispatch.
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in oil and gas logistics, service delivery, or account/commercial management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
Competency & Skill Requirements
- Strong capabilities in project management, account management, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- High technical proficiency in drilling and completion fluids to act competently as a technical manager alternate.
- Proven track record in supporting tender management, bid preparation, and contract execution.
- Exceptional leadership, ownership, negotiation, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- High adaptability and agility to resolve fast-moving logistical and operational challenges.
