About the Programme
The TREXM Graduate Trainee Programme goes beyond theory. We hand young professionals the keys to real-world experience, placing them in environments where they learn by doing, not just observing.
Our Graduate Trainee program is a launchpad where classroom curiosity meets practical skills, and where a single question can ignite answers to a lifelong career path.
- Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a First-Class Degree in any of the following disciplines: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Civil, Process, Chemical, Geology, Computer Science, Social & Management Sciences and other related STEM fields
- Completion of NYSC with a valid certificate or an exemption letter
- Applicants must not be older than 26 years of age at the time of application.
- Not more than 3 years post-graduation experience
- Upon employment, you can be redeployed to any of our locations ( Lagos, Warri, or Port Harcourt)
